San Francisco Bay Wetlands Research

NorCal Conservation uses drone imagery, field observations, and spatial analysis to study the San Francisco Bay wetlands. These aerial surveys document wetland channels, vegetation, and surrounding landscapes at sites including Sunnyvale Baylands and Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The work explores how accessible mapping tools can support conservation research and repeatable environmental monitoring.
